Pocholo Arangote

Pocholo Arangote is an experienced IT professional with a focus on cybersecurity and technical support. Currently serving as an IT&T Support member at CHATS, Pocholo provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, assists in IT initiatives, and promotes cyber awareness among staff and seniors. Previous experience includes a role as a Security Analyst at Packetlabs Ltd., where Pocholo contributed to penetration testing efforts and risk assessment, and as Team Project Manager at Sheridan College's Innovation Accelerator, where collaborative solutions were developed for clients. Pocholo's early experience includes working as a Swim Instructor for the City of Brampton, where high customer satisfaction was achieved through tailored instruction. Pocholo holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences (Cyber Security) from Sheridan College.
