Chris Martell

Chris Martell has extensive experience in psychosocial services, currently serving as the Manager of Psychosocial Services for Home Care at Community Hospice of Northeast Florida since July 2005. Previously, Chris held positions as Psychosocial Supervisor and Psychosocial Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Social Worker at Hospice of Medina County from November 2000 to May 2005, at Southwest General Health Center from June 1998 to November 2000, and at Cleveland Clinic for a brief period in 1998. Chris holds a Master of Science in Social Administration (MSSA) from Case Western Reserve University and a degree in Psychology from Miami University.
