Colleen Clark Phr

Colleen Clark PHR, SHRM-CP serves as the Human Resources Director at Community Housing Network since March 2021, overseeing efforts to support affordable housing for individuals facing mental health and substance abuse challenges. Prior experience includes leading people and culture initiatives as the Director of Human Resources at Homestead from December 2019 to March 2021, where Colleen directed HR strategies in a multi-state environment. Colleen also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Mt. Cuba Center from June 2013 to December 2019, focusing on strategic talent acquisition and advising executive leadership on human capital issues. Earlier roles included Human Resources Generalist at Genesis Rehab Services and Payroll Manager & New Client Coordinator at Group Management Services, Inc. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University.
