Marina Gray

Marina Gray has extensive experience in property accounting and financial management, currently serving as Property Accounting Manager and Lead Accountant at Community Housing Partners since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day property accounting operations and coordinating financial report preparation. Prior roles include Sr Accountant in the Property Division, where Marina managed financial reporting and supported property managers, as well as Staff Accountant/Property Division at Matt Hagan Outdoors, where Marina focused on financial reporting and inventory control. Earlier experience includes a Financial Analyst position at Shelor Motor Mile, where Marina handled bookkeeping and payroll tasks, and an Accountant role at Grantham Poole CPAs, gaining expertise in tax preparation and audits. Marina holds an Accounting Certificate from Belhaven University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, along with a recent certification from The Management Institute at Roanoke College.
