Ray Wetherbee

Ray Wetherbee is a seasoned professional in affordable housing development with extensive experience in both program management and project coordination. Currently serving as the Senior Development Officer at Community Housing Partners since September 2021, Ray oversees the development of multifamily affordable supportive housing communities across Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina. Prior to this role, Ray was the Program Manager at Greater Rochester Housing Partnership Inc, where responsibilities included property acquisition, development, and compliance administration.
