Adrian Rivera is a dedicated and skilled professional currently serving as a Real Estate Development Intern at Community HousingWorks since June 2023. Adrian holds a double major in Business Administration and Real Estate, along with a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego, where studies were pursued from August 2020 to December 2023. Previous leadership experience includes co-chairing M.E.Ch.A. de USD from August 2021 to December 2023, complemented by a variety of roles in customer service and education, such as serving as a Course Instructor for the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences and working at Olive Garden and other hospitality establishments. Adrian's diverse work experience showcases strong capabilities in both leadership and service-oriented roles.

CHW owns over 4,051 apartments throughout 45 communities, serving more than 10,000 residents in California and Texas.
