Haide Urias currently serves as a Senior Management Analyst for the City of Temecula, a role held since July 2022. Additionally, since August 2014, Haide has been employed at Community HousingWorks as an Asset Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) multi-family apartment communities and ensuring optimal returns on investment through diligent management of physical, fiscal, legal, regulatory, and operational aspects. Prior experience includes serving as an Asset Management Analyst and Client Services Team Lead at Community HousingWorks, where responsibilities included supervising administrative staff and managing customer service operations. Haide began a career at the County of San Diego in a customer service role as a Student Intern/Administrative Assistant from December 2011 to December 2013. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurial Finance from Point Loma Nazarene University, earned from 2009 to 2013.
