Janette Haase has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources and administration. Janette is currently the VP of People & Culture at Community HousingWorks since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at the same company starting from October 2017. In 2017, they also served as an HR Consultant for a contracting firm. Janette Haase has a diverse education history in the field of human resources. In 2003, they completed an ORACLE System Training course, although the institution where they obtained this certification is unknown. In 2016, they received a certification in HR Non Profit Management from Non Profit Management Solutions. Janette continued their education in 2018-2019 at HRCI, where they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Most recently, in January 2021, Janette Haase became a Certified Coach and Expert in OKRs, alignment, and measurement from an institution called Certified Coach: Expert in OKRs, alignment and measurement.
