Libby Raper was elected as Chair of Community Integrated Care by their Board of Trustees in December 2018. Libby is a highly-accomplished Chief Executive and Marketing Director, with a wealth of experience as a Senior Chair for almost a decade. She has had a range of non-executive appointments, which include Chair of the Board of Trustees for Leeds College of Music since 2014, with her taking responsibility for establishing their new strategic direction just a year later in 2015.
Libby was also Vice-Chair at York NHS Teaching Hospital until early 2018, overseeing the Trust’s merger with Scarborough NHS Trust. Libby has also previously served as Chair of The Art House, a charity providing specialist support for professional artists with a disability.
Libby’s incredible experience in the commercial sector spans 20 years, including the role of Vice President of Marketing for Smirnoff Worldwide. Since 2012, Libby has held the role of Director for Yellowmead, an HR consultancy service based in York.
