Nicola Barnes

Nicola Barnes (MCIPD) currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Community Integrated Care, where experience includes roles as Head of People Operations and Human Resources Business Partner since May 2016. Previously, Nicola worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for Alternative Futures Group Ltd, supporting a charitable organization with over 3,000 employees from June 2013 to May 2016. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at the University of Chester from July 2009 to June 2013 and as HR Manager at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts from September 2001 to July 2009, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, policy development, and team management. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Personnel and Development from Liverpool John Moores University and a BSc in Human Resource Management & Tourism from The University of Bolton.
