Katherine Elmore is an experienced program manager with a robust background in business development and environmental analysis. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Business Development and New Programs at Community Investment Corporation since March 2017, Katherine leads strategic initiatives to foster partnerships and deliver programs aimed at investment and affordability in urban areas.
