Katherine Elmore

Katherine Elmore is an experienced program manager with a robust background in business development and environmental analysis. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Business Development and New Programs at Community Investment Corporation since March 2017, Katherine leads strategic initiatives to foster partnerships and deliver programs aimed at investment and affordability in urban areas. Previously, Katherine managed the nationally recognized Energy Savers multifamily lending program at CIC, focusing on energy efficiency in affordable housing. Katherine's earlier roles include working as an Environmental Analyst at Eastern Research Group, Inc., collaborating on technical support for the U.S. government, and serving as a Geography Research Assistant at McGill University, where contributions included the organization of geospatial datasets for research purposes. Katherine holds a B.A. with distinction in Geography - Urban Systems from McGill University.
