Msre Dedric Richardson

Dedric Richardson, MSRE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and business development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions Strategies at Community Investment Corporation since January 2017, Dedric has also held roles such as Manager/Acquisitions and Disposition Strategy and Senior Acquisitions Analyst within the same organization. In addition, Dedric is the Chief Development Officer at Cannexus Consulting LLC and the CEO/Co-Founder of GoatHaus, LLC, a multi-faceted music hub providing recording studios and event management services. Earlier experience includes a role as a Summer Intern/Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Real Estate, where skills in leasing, interpersonal communication, and time management were developed, and as a Finance Intern at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Dedric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a Risk Management and Insurance certificate from the University of Iowa and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Roosevelt University.
