Oliver Guinness

Oliver Guinness is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in socially and environmentally impactful ventures. As the founder of Clearpoint Ventures since 2009, Oliver has focused on high-impact investments. Co-founding MOTIV in 2014, Oliver served as Managing Director and played a key role in advising mission-driven companies on integrity-driven business practices. Oliver has also contributed as an equity owner and former strategic advisor to several organizations, including Uprising Ventures, Community Investment Management LLC, and The Cranemere Group, fostering entrepreneurial endeavors and sustainable investments. Oliver's earlier career included founding Clearpoint Consulting, where Oliver advised on energy technologies, and serving as Vice President at DESATEL SA, where Oliver developed business strategies for a mission-driven telecom initiative. Oliver's academic credentials include a BA in Economics from Cornell University and a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, along with a Venture Capital Executive Program certification from the University of California, Berkeley.
