Nicole Graika is an experienced educator currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher with Wayzata Public Schools, where responsibilities include teaching kindergarten and substituting for various grades since September 2017. With a background in special education, Nicole has also worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional with Mounds View Public Schools and engaged in roles that support student development and behavior management through personal care assistance with Community Involvement Programs. Additional experience includes planning educational activities as Summer Discovery Lead Staff for the City of Shoreview and tutoring kindergarten students through the America Reads program. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University, Nebraska and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the College of Saint Benedict.

Community Involvement Programs has changed its name to Accord. You can find us on LinkedIn or www.accord.org Community Involvement Programs (CIP) provides a variety of services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disability and/or serious persistent mental illness living in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area, and Pine County, MN. Through community inclusion opportunities, we find ways to collaborate with the men and women who are our program participants to help them pursue their personal dreams and goals.
