Community Legal Aid
Ines Kenney is a Managing Attorney at Community Legal Aid since October 2021, bringing extensive experience in advocating for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Previously, Ines served as a Staff Attorney at the Victim Rights Law Center for nearly three years, representing clients in various court hearings, advising student survivors in Title IX investigations, and participating in housing-related legal matters. Ines has also worked as an Attorney with AmeriCorps Legal Advocates of Massachusetts, handling eviction proceedings and providing legal representation. Additional roles include legal internships and clerkships, where Ines conducted research, drafted legal documents, and assisted in trial preparations. Ines holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Community Legal Aid, Inc. (CLA) provides free civil legal services to low-income and elderly residents of Central and Western Massachusetts. Regardless of how much money you have, we assure fairness for all in the justice system, protecting homes, livelihoods, health, and families. We are unique – no other organization provides these legal services in the communities we serve.
