Jaksha Tomic

Jaksha Tomic currently serves as Managing Attorney and Of Counsel at The Patent Professor® since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jaksha was a Partner at Dilworth & Barrese, LLP from July 2005 to August 2022, focusing on drafting patent applications in the chemical arts. Earlier experience includes positions as an Associate at Cantor Colburn LLP (2003-2004) and at Dilworth & Barrese, LLP (July 1999 - December 2003), both involving patent prosecution. Jaksha began a career in finance as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers (1997-1999), specializing in derivatives documentation. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Chemistry from Hofstra University (1999-2003), a JD from St. John's University School of Law (1996-1999), and a BA in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges (1992-1996).
