Helpline Intake Specialist at Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida

Megan Collins is an experienced legal and nonprofit professional currently serving as a Helpline Intake Specialist at Community Legal Services since January 2024. Previously, Megan worked as an Economic Justice Fellow at FAMU College of Law, providing transactional legal services to underserved clients. Additional experience includes roles as a Helpline Legal Intern and Teaching Assistant in law, alongside significant positions in higher education as a Student Advisor and Program Manager at Wiley University Services. Megan has a strong background in nonprofit leadership, having served on the board of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network in Orlando, including roles as Chair and Vice Chair. Earlier career highlights include project management in disability inclusion at the Center for Independent Living and various roles at Give Kids The World Village and The Walt Disney Company. Megan holds a Doctor of Law degree in progress from FAMU College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Delaware.
