Kate Dugan

Kate Dugan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in homeownership and consumer rights. Since December 2019, Kate has served as a Staff Attorney at Community Legal Services, following a tenure as a Staff Attorney at SeniorLAW Center from November 2018 to December 2019. From September 2007 to November 2018, Kate held various roles at the City of Philadelphia, including Master for Real Estate Tax Petition Rule Returnable Hearings, Law Clerk for the Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program, and Judicial Law Clerk. Kate earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law in 2007 and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Anthropology from Brandeis University in 2003.
