Noralyn Spiri

Noralyn Spiri, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in human resources. Noralyn is currently the Director of Human Resources at Community LIFE, a managed care organization that provides long-term and acute care for seniors in Pennsylvania. Noralyn has been in this role since 2007 and is responsible for providing guidance on HR operations and programs. Notably, they implemented an employee engagement program that improved satisfaction and engagement levels.

In addition to their current role, Noralyn Spiri has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Westmoreland County Community College since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Business Manager at Vitas Healthcare from 2005 to 2007, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Hospice of Greater Pittsburgh from 2000 to 2005.

Noralyn Spiri, SHRM-SCP, holds a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution from 2004 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Noralyn Spiri has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Noralyn earned the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in October 2018, and also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in the same month and year. Noralyn further enhanced their expertise by completing the "Using Humor In Training to Engage Your Audience" certification from LinkedIn in December 2019.

More recently, Noralyn Spiri completed the "Coaching and Developing Employees" certification from LinkedIn in March 2021 and the "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" certification from LinkedIn in February 2022.
