Marsha Clark Mpa

Marsha Clark, MPA, has extensive experience in housing counseling and victim advocacy, serving as a Housing Counselor at Community Link NC and a Victim Advocate at Safe Alliance since September 2005. Previously, Marsha held the position of Detention Officer at Mecklenburg County from February 2001 to February 2005. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Johnson C. Smith University, awarded in 2000, and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Strayer University, completed in 2010.
