Ashleigh McLaughlin

Ashleigh McLaughlin has extensive experience in the field of social services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Currently serving as a Practice and Service Advisor at Community Living BC since October 2014, Ashleigh provides expert guidance on complex situations, advises on best practices in contracting and procurement, and oversees program implementation in the Vancouver Coastal East region. Previous roles include functioning as a Facilitator, where Ashleigh supported individuals and families in accessing services and created personalized support plans, and working as a Unit Assistant at the Provincial Assessment Centre, providing therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Ashleigh began a career in research as a Research Assistant at The University of British Columbia, contributing to studies in memory and cognition while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
