Melis Dagpinar Ayaz, PMP, SAFe RTE, SDP, MSc, is an experienced IT Program Manager currently at Community Living BC since May 2023. Prior roles include IT Portfolio Manager and IT Project Manager at Canada Drives, Senior Manager of Business Analysis at ÜNLÜ & Co, and Senior Product-Unit Manager at Agito Software & Consulting. With a solid foundation in project management, Melis has successfully managed integrated software development projects, coordinated multiple teams across locations, and ensured timely deliverables within budget constraints. Additionally, Melis has a robust technical background, having worked as a Project Manager with Siemens and as a Computational Biologist at Canada's Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre. Melis holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Victoria and a BEng in Computer Science Engineering from Istanbul University.
