Jane Hale McDonald

Jane currently is the VP, Human Resources/Environmental Health & Safety/Chief Privacy Officer at Energy, Inc. Jane has over 25 years in the energy sector, and over 10 years in private, manufacturing, and public service industries. Jane has completed her CHRL, Masters Certificate in Energy Sector Leadership, Schulich School of Business, York University, Executive Master’s Program, and Mediation Certification through the University of Waterloo. Jane has completed the Chartered Directors Program, at McMaster University.

Jane has received the Woman of Distinction Award, for Education/Training and Professional Development and Volunteer of the Year Award for her service within Waterloo Region.
