Muffy Farrell

Muffy Farrell currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Originations Training at Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a position held since August 2014. In this role, Muffy is responsible for developing training initiatives across Consumer Direct, Correspondent, and Wholesale lending channels, as well as providing internal performance consulting and change management programs. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Client Services at Bayview Loan Servicing, Instructional Design Manager at Ditech Mortgage Corp, and Educational Consultant at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics. Muffy holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Instructional Systems Design from Penn State Great Valley, a Training & Development Certificate from Bucks County Community College, and a Leadership Certificate from the Disney Leadership Institute.
