Aaron Ferguson

Aaron Ferguson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in addiction counseling and community engagement. Currently serving as Community Impact Manager at Community Medical Services since November 2018, Ferguson has also held roles as Community Liaison and Counselor. Ferguson co-produces both The Social Exchange Podcast and Narcotica Podcast, focusing on critical discussions around addiction. Previous experience includes positions as a Board Member at LifeSteps Council, Recovery Coach at Life Process Program, and Counseling Intern at Aurora Behavioral Health System, where evidence-based practices were utilized. Ferguson began a GED course at The Bridge Health Clinics to support client education and facilitated bilingual translation for onsite medical professionals. Military experience includes serving as Aviation Ordinanceman Petty Officer 3rd Class in the US Navy. Ferguson holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with a focus on Addiction from the University of Milwaukee Wisconsin, among other qualifications in human services and substance use counseling.
