Prior to their master's, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, Michael Hailye has obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in January 2022.

Headquartered in Arizona with more than 60 treatment clinics in nine states, CMS is dedicated to meeting the challenges presented by the growing opioid epidemic in communities where treatment is lacking.
