Michael Hailye

Michael Hailye has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Community Medical Services, where they lead the Information Technology team in providing innovative services to the organization and its partners. Prior to this, they were the Chief Information Officer at Embassy Management LLC, delivering agile software applications and data analytics to business units. Michael also held the position of CIO at Phoenix House Foundation, where they focused on rebuilding the IT department and implementing core IT processes. Earlier in their career, Michael worked at Ernst & Young, LLP as a Senior Manager and at Arthur Andersen, LLP as a Senior IT risk consultant. Michael began their career in the United States Air Force as an officer. Overall, Michael's experience spans various leadership roles, emphasizing technology strategy, innovation, and cybersecurity.

Michael Hailye's education history includes a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993.
