Joel Hoepfner has over 18 years of experience in behavioral health and substance use disorder services. Currently serving as the Prevention and Outreach Coordinator at the Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties since October 2012, responsibilities include managing prevention initiatives, strategic planning, policy recommendations, and outcome evaluation. In addition to their current position, Joel Hoepfner has been a Training Consultant for the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services since February 2019, focusing on specialized training for Behavioral Health professionals.
