Julie Barron is a dedicated community volunteer at MSU Reading Radio Service since January 2014, serving as a reader for the blind. Additionally, Julie has been a customer service representative at the Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties since March 2006, focusing on supporting consumers through various services and leading workshops on topics such as Whole Health Action Management (WHAM), Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), writing, and mental health first aid for both youth and adults. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, History, and Science from Western Michigan University, attended from 1996 to 1998, and is a graduate of Ferndale High School.
