Community Money Advice
Leanne Rivett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employability programs and community projects. Since November 2021, Leanne has served as Co Founder and Centre Manager of Debt Centre Greenwich, established in response to the Covid pandemic and operated in partnership with local churches and Community Money Advice. In addition, Leanne has been the Mission-based Community Project Lead for Greenwich Churches since January 2021. Previously, Leanne held various roles at Marks and Spencer from 1996 to December 2020, culminating as Employability Manager, where responsibilities included managing the “Marks & Start” employability program, as well as focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Leanne's educational background includes a Certificate of Higher Education in Supporting Work with People and Communities and a Private Secretarial Diploma from the University of Staffordshire and the University of Greenwich respectively.

Community Money Advice (CMA) is a national charity that enables community groups to establish local, free to client, face to face debt advice and support services, through the provision of a range of services including: industry standard training; approved sample policies and procedures; a freephone Adviceline; regional Operations Support Managers; administration software; and information resources. We are committed to supporting churches and other community groups with a vision to help people overcome their money problems and make a fresh start on a stable financial footing free from the blight of indebtedness.
