San Francisco Community Music Center
Eric Garland is a music teacher who has worked at San Francisco Community Music Center since June 2004. In addition, Eric has also served as a Drum Instructor at San Francisco Friends School from January 2020 to May 2021, and as a Drum teacher at Alameda School Of Music from May 2017 to May 2021. Eric obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music from San Francisco State University in 1996.

Founded in 1921, San Francisco’s Community Music Center (CMC) is one of the oldest and largest community arts organizations on the West Coast. CMC makes high quality music accessible to all people, regardless of financial means. Last year, CMC awarded nearly $2.4 million in tuition assistance, serving more than 3,100 students of all ages, ethnicities and income levels with music lessons, classes and other programs.
