Brad Bullock began their work experience in 2001 as a Compliance Officer at Bank of the Southwest. Brad then joined FirstCapital Bank of Texas in 2005 and held various roles including EVP/Compliance Division Manager, President-Midland Market, and Chief Risk Officer. In 2017, they joined Community National Bank as SVP/Chief Operating Officer before being promoted to EVP/COO in 2019.
Brad Bullock obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance/Business Administration from Eastern New Mexico University from 1989 to 1993. Brad also holds a certification as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager from the Independent Community Bankers Association, obtained in 2005.
