Toby began their career at FirstCapital Bank of Texas in 2000, where they held the position of Senior Vice President - Lending for 16 years. In 2016, they joined Community National Bank in Midland, Texas, where they currently hold the role of Senior Vice President - Commercial Lending.
Toby Payne received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from The University of Texas Permian Basin, completing their degree between 1996 and 2000.
