Toby Payne has over 20 years of work experience in the banking industry. Toby began their career at FirstCapital Bank of Texas in 2000, where they held the position of Senior Vice President - Lending for 16 years. In 2016, they joined Community National Bank in Midland, Texas, where they currently hold the role of Senior Vice President - Commercial Lending.

Toby Payne received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from The University of Texas Permian Basin, completing their degree between 1996 and 2000.
