Community Nurse Home Care
Jada Baptiste is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing, particularly in hospice care and infection control. Currently serving as a Hospice RN Case Manager at Community Nurse Home Care since May 2022, Jada brought valuable expertise from previous roles at Alden Court Nursing Care, where responsibilities included Infection Control/Wound Nurse and LPN Charge Nurse from September 2014 to May 2022. Jada's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University, completed in October 2022, an Associate's degree in Nursing from Excelsior University (2016-2020), and practical nursing training from Diman Regional School of Practical Nursing (2012-2014).
