Jenel Casey

Jenel Casey serves as the Statewide Quality Assurance Coordinator at Community Options, Inc., since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jenel was the Vice President of Programs at Target Community & Educational Services, Inc., from May 1995 to December 2019, where responsibilities included collaborating with Program Directors, developing and monitoring internal policies, and managing client care for over 200 clients. Jenel holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Management in Special Education from McDaniel College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Towson University.
