Community Partners for Affordable Housing
Rob Anthony is an experienced leader in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as President of Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) since January 2019, where the organization focuses on developing affordable housing and empowering families to secure quality housing. In addition, Rob has been the CEO of the Affordable Housing Corporation of Lake County since September 2015, helping families and communities with various housing needs. Previously, Rob held the position of Executive Director at CPAH from December 2007 to September 2015 and worked as a Senior Planner for Lake County from January 2000 to January 2008. Rob holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Sociology from Michigan State University.

CPAH is a HUD-certified nonprofit organization that develops affordable housing and provides services that empower individuals and families to secure and retain quality housing. CPAH offers a continuum of housing services that clients throughout the northern suburbs can access with one phone call including rental assistance, rental housing, property management, HUD-certified housing counseling, down payment assistance, owner-occupied rehabilitation, accessibility improvements, foreclosure counseling, financial counseling, community land trust programming, inclusionary housing administration, housing rehabilitation, project management and new construction.
