Kelly Powell currently serves as the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at Community Partners of South Florida since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly was the CEO & Founder of KAPE Enterprises, Inc. since January 2018. Kelly also held the position of Program Director - Safe Kids Palm Beach County at Community Partners from October 2001 to January 2018. Kelly graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Virginia Tech in 1994.
