Marlon Reid

Marlon Reid has extensive experience in youth development and community engagement, currently serving as the TOP Coordinator at Community Partners of South Florida since October 2020. Prior roles include Community Educator at the Palm Beach County Behavioral Health Coalition and JA BizTown Coordinator at Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast, where responsibilities included enhancing public awareness and securing educational resources. Reid's earlier experience spans nearly two decades as a Youth Development Professional at the Boys and Girls Club of Palm Beach County, focusing on curriculum implementation, staff supervision, program management, and community collaboration. Marlon Reid holds various credentials from Palm Beach State College and is pursuing an Associate of Science in Youth Services/Administration.
