Johnny McNeil

Johnny McNeil has a diverse work experience. Johnny started their career in 2008 as a Coach, Mentor, and Educator at Springfield Missouri Public Schools, where they coached football, basketball, and track and field. Johnny also mentored student-athletes and increased community engagement with the athletic program. In 2015, Johnny joined Community Partnership of the Ozarks as a Support Services Coordinator, where they worked until 2016. During this time, they researched, recruited, and nurtured philanthropic relationships with donors and investors to surpass agency goals. Johnny also evaluated agency staff and volunteers to maximize resource utilization and represented the agency through special events.

Johnny McNeil earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Missouri State University. Johnny then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Sports Management from the same institution, which they completed in the years 2014 to 2016.
