Katoya Palmer

Katoya Palmer is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Community Passageways since February 2022. As the Owner and Founder of ToyBox Consulting since December 2008, Katoya has led various projects and initiatives. Previous roles include Head Coach for Boy's Water Polo at Bellevue School District and Assistant Swim Coach at Seattle Public Schools. Katoya has also held multiple positions at YMCA of Greater Seattle, including Senior Director and Aquatics Director. Additional experience includes serving as a Substitute Paraprofessional in Special Education and a Math Tutor and Teacher's Assistant at Western Governors University. Katoya holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Western Governors University and completed secondary education at Auburn High School.
