Marisa Walls serves as the Assistant to the President and CEO at Community Renewal Team, Inc. since January 2013, recognized with the Wall of Excellence Achievement Award in 2014. Involvement with NAMI Farmington Valley includes roles as Co-President and Boardmember since July 2009, receiving multiple honors for contributions to mental health education and support. Past positions include Secretary for the North Central Regional Mental Health Board and various leadership roles at NAMI, culminating in national recognition in 2013. Previous professional experience includes notable achievements at PricewaterhouseCoopers and volunteer work with organizations such as Hartford Area Habitat for Humanity and The Village for Families & Children. Marisa's extensive background features a focus on community service, mental health advocacy, and leadership across numerous sectors.
