Shonda French

Shonda French is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at Memphis Zoo since August 2025. Previously, Shonda held multiple roles at TruGreen from May 2016 to August 2025, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Executive Assistant to various senior executives such as the Sr. VP & CHRO and the VP of Services & Process Improvement. Shonda's career began at Terminix, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Assistant to the COO and VP of Sales from May 2011 to May 2016. Earlier experience also includes a role as Executive Assistant to the CFO at TruGreen from September 2004 to May 2011.
