Isaiah Persson, M.P.P. has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. Isaiah is currently the Director of Data & Research at the Community Service Council. Prior to this, they worked as a Graduate Research Associate at Oklahoma State University from August 2020 to May 2022. Isaiah also served as a Government Sector Specialist at the Tulsa Health Department from January 2016 to January 2021. Before that, Isaiah was an Emergency Medical Technician at Creek County Ambulance from June 2015 to December 2015, and at the Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) from October 2014 to December 2015. Earlier in their career, Isaiah gained experience in the travel industry as the Head Marketing Editor at TUI China Travel Co. Ltd. from November 2012 to November 2013. Isaiah also worked as a Research Intern at the Migrant Resource Network (China) from March 2012 to July 2012, where they focused on establishing a network among migrant-focused NGOs and contributed to issue briefs and research databases.

Isaiah Persson, M.P.P. has a diverse education history. Isaiah completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at The University of Tulsa from 2007 to 2011. In 2009-2010, they also completed a Certificate of Completion for an Intensive Mandarin Course at Peking University. In 2011, they obtained a Master in Public Policy (MPP) from Peking University. Additionally, they became certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT Certified) at Rogers State University in the same year.

In 2014, Isaiah Persson further enhanced their medical skills by completing the Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician (W-EMT) program at Landmark Learning. Isaiah obtained certification for this program from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and NOLS.

Currently, Isaiah Persson is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Research, Evaluation, Measurement & Statistics at Oklahoma State University, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2024.
