Pam Ballard

Pam Ballard is the current Secretary at Community Service Council. Pam has also worked as the CEO of United Way of Enid and NW Oklahoma, the Executive Director of Camp Fire USA, and the Financial Administrator of North Church. Before that, they were the Asst. Vice-President of Public Sector Advisory Services at SpiritBank. Pam Ballard is experienced in grant writing, fundraising, project development, public relations, marketing, human resources, and personnel matters.

Pam Ballard has a Master of Arts in Human Relations/Organizational Studies from the University of Oklahoma. Pam also has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from the Oklahoma School of Banking Consumer Lending School and Tulsa Community College. Pam Ballard's educational career also includes a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Pam is certified by the American Management Association as a Certified Human Resource Generalist, by the National Development Institute as a Certified Nonprofit Consultant, and by NANOE (National Association of Nonprofit Organizations & Executives) as a Certified Nonprofit Executive.
