Kevin Mizner has an extensive background in leadership and public administration, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Community Services and Employment Training since January 2022 and as Executive Pastor for Pathway Visalia since June 2020. Previously, Kevin held significant roles at the College of the Sequoias from October 2011 to December 2021, including Chief of Police and Director of Public Safety Training. Kevin holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from California State University, Fresno, earned between January 2018 and May 2020.
