Kelly O'Connell-Kinderman

Kelly O'Connell-Kinderman serves as the Vice President of Program Support and Development at Community Services for Every1 since November 2004, overseeing various critical functions including quality assurance, program development, strategic planning, public relations, marketing, and compliance with regulations. Prior roles include Director of Quality Management, where responsibilities encompassed agency-wide quality management practices and compliance, and Assistant Director of Residential Services, focusing on the administration of residential facilities. Kelly is also the Corporate Compliance Committee Chair at DDAWNY since August 2012. Educationally, Kelly holds a Graduate Certificate in Adult Education and a Master's in Human Services Administration from Buffalo State University, as well as a Bachelor's in Psychology from Niagara University.
