Jessica Shea

Jessica Shea, MSW, has an extensive background in social work and psychotherapy, currently serving as an Outreach Psychotherapist at Community Services Institute since September 2014, where responsibilities include providing psychotherapy to children and families and collaborating with mental health professionals. Prior experience includes roles as an Outpatient Clinician at Clinical & Support Options, Inc. and a Behavioral Interventionist at the Center for School Crisis Intervention, where Jessica supported educational activities and provided behavioral assistance. Additionally, as a School Adjustment Counselor at Holyoke Community Charter School Foundation Inc., Jessica facilitated social work services to enhance students' academic and personal potential. Jessica holds a Master of Social Work degree from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Elms College.
