Vincent Costanzi

Vincent Costanzi, PHR has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Westfield State University and an Associate of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Holyoke Community College. Currently, at Community Services Institute, Vincent holds the position of Director of Human Resources and Compliance. Prior to this role, Vincent worked at Center for Human Development (CHD) as the Manager of Compliance and Risk and at Bertelli’s liquor mart as a Sales Associate. Vincent has also worked in various HR roles such as Quality and Compliance Specialist, Fiscal Compliance Officer, and Human Resources Assistant. In addition, Vincent has experience as a Property Manager at 1695 Main St, LLC and has previously held positions as a Human Resources Intern and Sales Associate in other organizations.
