Steve Tongue

Steve Tongue has extensive work experience in human resources and compliance roles. Steve started their career as an HR Learning & Development Consultant at ENERGIS COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED and then moved on to roles such as Resource Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions, Leasing Account Manager at Select Car Leasing, and Principal Resource Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions. Steve then worked as a Recruitment Business Partner at Cable & Wireless and a Recruitment Manager at Honeywell. Steve also served as Head of Recruitment at Sensée and Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager at Cielo Talent. Currently, Steve is the Director of Human Resources and Compliance at Select Car Leasing, where they previously held the position of Head of HR and Compliance. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated a hands-on approach and has been responsible for driving operational business functions, managing recruitment processes, and supporting key business objectives.

Steve Tongue received a CIPD Level 5 HR Management Certificate and CeRP REC from DPG plc in 2013-2014. Steve also obtained additional certifications including an ICA certificate in Compliance - Regulatory from the International Compliance Association in September 2017 and Occupational, Ability certification and Test User: Occupational, Personality certification from TalentQ, Inc in July 2015. Steve also holds a CASI Level 2 Snowboard Instructor certification from CASI-ACMS.
