Erika Gable

Erika Gable serves as the Chief Development Officer at the Community Shelter Board since August 2024, where leadership focuses on fundraising activities aligned with the organization's mission of ensuring everyone has a place to call home. As President of Gable Consulting LLC, established in September 2011, Erika provides strategic expertise in philanthropy for nonprofits and businesses. Previous roles include Associate Vice President for Development at Columbus College of Art & Design, where oversight of fundraising and community engagement was critical, and various positions in development and policy analysis at institutions such as The Ohio State University, Women's Small Business Accelerator, and KidsOhio.org. Erika holds an MBA and MPA from The Ohio State University and has pursued advanced studies in multicultural competence and diverse fields of art and social work.
