Erin A. Healy, JD, MFA, serves as the State Strategy Lead for the Built for Zero initiative at Community Solutions, Inc., a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Erin Healy operated an independent consulting practice from August 2015 to December 2020, focusing on system leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and population health improvement. Erin A. Healy previously held several positions at Community Solutions, Inc., including Director of Knowledge Sharing and Improvement Advisor for the 100,000 Homes Campaign, where key contributions involved launching initiatives aimed at addressing homelessness through leadership coaching and systems change. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of CSH, the Source for Housing Solutions in New York, leading supportive housing initiatives for veterans and reentry populations, and managing critical projects aimed at transforming homeless policy in Newark. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Washington School of Law, a Master of Fine Arts in Writing from Sarah Lawrence College, and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Mount Holyoke College.
